Have you ever won anything? In a raffle, lottery, etc?
by restrangled ini am so disgusted right now, more with myself than anything.. we have this big albertsons grocery store monopoly game going where i live.....the more of certain products you buy, the more tickets you receive.
not only are there instant winners, but then you enter codes on line.. ha....after 2 months, i've won $5.00 and a bottle of clorox beach.
i have spent more than i ever would have normally.

I won free tickets for Wisconsin Dells attractions package .....a LONG time ago . It was a call in on the afternoon news ,I was the winning caller #8
Another thime I won a weekend in Chicago
A couple of door prizes last yr it was for a full car detail ,this yr was a pr of tickets to a local Hockey game (gave those away) also recently at a trivia night I won a golf outing for two (also gave it away )
My husband : Won good stuff like a banjo , a compound bow (which has started a very $$$ hobby I might add ) He spends $ 1.00 a week on the lottery

Has anyone tried to prevent ex-spouse from training the kids as JWs?
by Michelle365 ini am at the point in my custody battle where i need to decide if i'm gonna "go for the gold" and bring religion into the fight.
my lawyer thinks i have a chance based on the parental alienation aspect of the religion.
i'm df'd and my kids are being raised to turn against me.

When the children are with you your husband should not have the right to come and get them to make them attend a meeting with him .
Think of it this way "IF" you did have another religion YOU would have equal right to have them attend church with you and share your beliefs with them equally .
From what I see in your post you are still allowing him to control you . You have every right to tell him NO he is not getting the girls on your weekends period . Also if the girls are with you for a school holiday they are participating and he isn't allowed to guilt them . These are the points the Judge needs to be made aware of ....that HE is not allowing you equal right in parenting ...and You do need the lawyer to try everything possible now to make sure your ex's manipulative ways are put in check . Do it now before it is to late .
It should be your rules at your house and explain to the children what the terms guilt and manipulation mean and how it is applied . Then help them see how to cope with it in their own lives .

I liked it Jeff . Yes it does trigger some old emotions very much so .....I remember times feeling very much like that ,and it was uncomfortable to go back to that place ... Makes you wonder where the writer drew those emotions from and why .
